Customer Experience Copywriter

My name is Colin Young. I’m a Customer Experience Copywriter working cross-functionally on the Customer Success team at IBISWorld, an industry insights company.

Using my background as a copywriter for Center-Centre UIE, a UX design education organization, and 2+ years of freelance copywriting for various tech companies, I help improve the experience for IBISWorld users by conducting usability testing, creating and maintaining a content design system, creating product tours, writing interface copy, and much more.

In my free time, I like to skateboard, snowboard, rock climb, and explore the outdoors.
